Come to play or learn the world's oldest board game
We meet every Sunday from 2 PM to 5 PM or later, inside La Place Centre in Beachwood OH, behind Mitchell's Ice Cream, Nervous Dog Coffee Shop, and The Container Store. Often, people also play on Wednesday nights after 6 PM.
Our club's mission is to introduce people to this fun game of strategy & tactics.
Attendance and lessons are free. Getting started takes only 10 minutes.
All ages and skill levels are welcome. There are typically 8-12 people attending each week.
We are an official chapter of the American Go Association (AGA)
For an introduction to the game (& AI), we recommend watching the AlphaGo documentary.
